Behavior (Herald chamber-playtest 2026-06-22, [verify] flagged)

Mobile playtest at iPhone-13 emulation: visible touch-control rows end at HARD DROP. HOLD + CCW-rotate buttons may sit below the fold (not reachable without scroll).

Severity: LOW/verify

Verify status — Herald could not fully confirm if buttons exist below visible area OR are clipped/missing entirely. Headless emulation viewport may not match real iPhone-13 viewport exactly.

Fix-direction (Shipwright lane, verify-first)

Verify on real iPhone-13 (operator-device) whether HOLD + CCW are visible + reachable
If below fold: reposition or compact existing controls so all are within viewport
If clipped/missing: render them

Acceptance criteria

All touch-controls (LEFT/RIGHT/ROTATE/CCW-ROTATE/SOFT-DROP/HARD-DROP/HOLD) visible + reachable without scroll on iPhone-13
Verified on real device + Playwright iPhone-13 emulation
No regression on desktop touch-emulation paths
