Motivation

Lookout Codeberg cold-read (bus 45db) flagged: docs/cold-read/, docs/drift-audit-*, docs/walkthrough-* read like internal audit artifacts on the public surface. They dilute the signal for first-time adopters ("walked into the middle of a long-running operations room").

Scope

Move docs/cold-read/ → docs/internal/cold-read/
Move docs/drift-audit-* → docs/internal/drift-audit-*
Move docs/walkthrough-* → docs/internal/walkthrough-*
Update any inbound links in adopter-facing docs (README, integration.md, ADRs) to reflect new paths OR remove the links entirely if the target is now maintainer-scoped
Consider whether docs/internal/ should live on the main branch (public but clearly-scoped) or a maintainer-side branch (fully hidden from adopters)

Must land before v1.0.0. QM substrate-familiar surface — knows which docs are load-bearing for adopters vs archaeology-nostalgia.
