docs(register): audit public-mirror for chamber-names + alcatraz-infra# links + tmux-tell provenance leaks #341

Motivation

Surveyor's observation (via Herald id 114b, 2026-07-03): public-mirror carries provenance-leak class beyond just 'substrate-honest' jargon:

  • Chamber-names in comments + ADRs + CHANGELOG (Surveyor, Bosun, Herald, Pilot, QM, hex codes like 'Surveyor 41ce')
  • alcatraz-infra#N links (internal Forgejo issues, adopters can't resolve)
  • tmux-tell provenance references (internal chamber-coordination substrate name-drops)

All fall under 'internal-references that adopters cannot follow, undermining perceived project maturity.'

Scoped-decision required

Same two axes as #Foll2 sibling (substrate-honest audit):

  1. KEEP vs SCRUB register on public mirror
  2. If SCRUB — what replacement (delete? paraphrase? relocate to internal docs?)

Coordination

  • Related-but-distinct from #Foll2 (register-audit): this axis is provenance-links, not jargon-vocab
  • Herald prose-craft + Surveyor substrate-verify
  • Public-mirror-hygiene arc, feeds v1.0.0 readiness

Surveyor observation via Herald id 114b (2026-07-03). Same class as external ChatGPT review's 'invented terminology + hex agent identifiers + internal AI-review materials shipped as part of the public product' finding (BookStack: release-toolkit book, page 210).

Closing — folded into #340 (expanded scope covers both substrate-honest jargon axis + provenance-links axis in one register-audit) per Herald f34c scope-tighten advice: 'same finding one category wider, a single internal-jargon-and-provenance audit on the public mirror is cleaner than two overlapping ones.' See updated #340 for consolidated scope.
