check-self-bootstrapscript + workflow headers now open with "Pin-drift detection, NOT content validation." Content-quality gates named by name; interpretation-guide for the expected-red case included. Reduces interpretation-load on the mechanism-of-touch backstop for future readers.Next-cycle pairing intent (Bosun ratify, cycle post-#421 Part 1): batch this with #396 (register-check line-level inline exemption) as a single Surveyor review cycle. Both are size/S doc/UX-polish class; both benefit from single-review rather than two separate cycles. Filing here so the pairing intent stays attached to the tracker rather than dissolving.
