bump/* label-override (#107): label namespace switched from bump:patch|minor|major (colon) to bump/patch|minor|major (slash) to enable Forgejo's exclusive-label group behavior. New scripts/setup-bump-labels.sh helper provisions the labels with the exclusive flag. Documented in docs/integration.md; README's bump-signals table flipped from "planned" to live.

- v0.8.1 sprint bundles three items: (a) carry-forward fix for
OWNER/REPO unbound variable on path-α stale-cleanup step (v0.8.0 cut catch), (b) #113 auto-assign manifest follow-up PR to rolling-PR merger (γ-only scope per ADR-0007), (c) #114 configurable publish mode (draft default preserves ADR-0003 Gate-3; immediate opts-in via workflow input). Closes #113 + #114.
