Motivation

Lookout Codeberg cold-read (bus 45db) flagged: docs/integration.md leaks internal references — BookStack Cold Read, tmux-tell incident anchors, issue-number archaeology, "substrate-honest", "operator" language. Useful history for maintainers, but not first-adopter prose.

Scope

Remove references to internal BookStack pages (adopters cannot access them)
Remove tmux-tell incident anchors from integration guidance
Replace issue-number archaeology with ADR-references where the substrate reasoning matters, or drop the reference if the mechanism can stand alone
Trim "substrate-honest" / "operator" / "path-α" register; use adopter-facing phrasing
Keep the mechanism content (how to wire the toolkit) — the register-shift is the fix, not content deletion

Set J context

Must land before v1.0.0. Herald prose-craft surface (fresh-lens adopter register). Same fresh-lens discipline as release-toolkit#160.

Landed in PR #328 (merged to main at 2b07ddf, fast-forward). integration.md scrubbed of internal register: substrate-honest phrasing, tmux-tell incident anchors (#655/#658, #630/#635), issue-archaeology (#236/#209), and operator-voice recast to reader-voice. Verified substrate-honest=0 and tmux-tell=0 in integration.md. Kept legitimate mechanism content (ADR-0003 filename, operator-controlled security term, role/provenance uses). Repo-wide substrate-honest (ADRs/CHANGELOG/workflows/scripts) is out-of-scope by design; flagged to Bosun as a possible follow-up.
